SOLAR SYSTEM TRAVEL AGENCY

Para trabajar los planetas del Sistema Solar, cada alumno ha realizado un cartel promocionando el turismo en un planeta.  Algunos han quedado muy ingeniosos. Han transformado las características del planeta, en cosas positivas que promocionar para que queramos pasar allí nuestras próximas vacaciones.

MOVIMIENTOS TIERRA SOL LUNA

Para estudiar los movimientos del Sol, la Tierra y la Luna hemos realizado unos modelos móviles. La plantilla ha sido tomada de http://moretime2teach.com. Con ellos los alumnos pueden también practicar las fases de la luna. para descargar el modelo recordable pincha en la imagen.

Para apoyar el tema, también han realizado una ficha sobre las fases lunares. En ella tenían que recortar cada fase lunar y colocarla en el lugar adecuado. Para descargar esta ficha pincha en las imágenes. 

Finalmente, y para afianzar lo aprendido realizan y colocan cada fase con las imágenes reales:

THE UNIVERSE BY 1ºESO

These weeks we are learning about the space, stars, and planets. These are some of the students works. I really enjoy them and their jobs. They are lovely.

They work in cooperative groups. They still are getting accustomed to this way of working, but the final results are wonderful.

ACTIVITY RULES: during 5 minutes I explain them how to do the activity. Each group has 25 minutes to make the task, and the last 10minutes each group explain what they have done to the others.

ACTIVITIES:

• External and gaseous planets: from a list of about 15 characteristics of each planet, they choose 5, those that they did not know before or that impress them more. Make a poster board explaining them.
• Internal and rocky planets: from a list of about 15 characteristics of each planet, they choose 5, those that they did not know before or that impress them more. Make a poster board explaining them.
• The Solar System: with images of all components of the Solar System, they make a big poster board of all of them.

TRABAJO DEL TEMA: Un Universo de vasos

Con la ayuda de vasos de plástico, vais a dibujar o pegar pegatinas de los ditintos componentes del Universo. Colocaréis un componente en cada vaso indicando en letras mayúsculas su nombre. Los elementos a incluir y dibujar son: Universo, Sistema Solar, Vía Láctea, Cúmulo de Galaxias, Grupo Local, Tierra (son seis elemtos por lo que necesitais seis vasos). Una vez dibujados, debéis ordenar los vasos colocándolos uno encima de otro según el tamaño de cada elemento y cómo aparece en el Universo.

El alumnado de primero han hecho un contador de estrellas para así poder calcular el número de estrellas visibles desde Ronda. Han quedado muy bien.
